Refunds are only accepted for review, but not guaranteed if the product has been received defective.

Order Arrival

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter accordingly. 

There is a seven day period in which to send in any information regarding an order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, discount codes or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take about 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
