Order Arrival

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the matter accordingly. 

There is a seven day period in which to send in any information regarding an order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items, discount codes or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take about 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What is the estimated delivery time?

All orders are processed Monday-Friday. All online orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. In cases due to delays, backorders, etc., it may take up to 7-9 days process. Orders that are placed on a weekend will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the next business day.

After processing, delivery can take up to 7-15 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders that contain multiple products may not all arrive in the same shipment, but typically arrive around the same timeframe.

Any delays due to USPS or weather-related delays are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen shipments. You must file a claim with the shipping provider.

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please make sure to double check that all of your information is correct before placing an order.
